We are currently seeking a full time Registered Nurse to work in our Anticoagulation department at our Robbinsdale Clinic. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nurse monitoring to patients on oral anticoagulation therapy. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patients INR values in ordered range by adjusting anticoagulation medication according to physician established protocol, documentation of INR results, dosing and any other pertinent information affecting patients anticoagulation therapy and determining appropriate medication dosage for patients based on lab results. Additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

RN: Licensure/Certification required

Active MN RN license

Ongoing CPR certification

Computer literate, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritize

Ability to effectively communicate and work efficiently with patients, staff, physicians and administration
