We are currently looking for full time Certified Medical Assistants to work at our Maple Grove, Plymouth, Osseo, or Robbinsdale locations.

Join our physician owned, multi-specialty, multi-location clinic in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis. North Clinic has been serving our community for more than sixty years.

Essential Functions

Provide professional, quality medical care to patients and support medical staff within the scope of practice for a CMA.

Responsible for working in Float Station, Family Medicine, or OBGYN and rooming patients, administering injections, assisting with procedures, phlebotomy, EKGs.

Complies with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards.

Prepares and distributes patient education materials as needed.

Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications

CMA: Certification by AAMA; ongoing CPR certification.

X-Ray certification or lab experience preferred.

Prior clinic experience necessary.

Proficient with Electronic Medical Records preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate and work efficiently with patients, providers, staff and administration.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
